Polar Bear swim
When the ocean temps in So Cal get down to 55*F the polar bear swim becomes useful. Instead of jumping into an ice baths to help sore muscles or swelling in the body, I choose to swim in the ocean without my wetsuit and get out before hypothermia sets in.
