Portugal Prime event just ended and I had a great time in Ericeria. We had a full week of dance/pop music in or house, so this is where the influence for this song came from, haha.

K5 pro/am at Dst
I had solid event this weekend down at Dst in Encinitas. I surfed 4 strong heats and finished 2nd overall. I feel like my confidence is coming back. My friends Lisa and Matt Lewis from Northcountyfriends.com made a cool clip of the final. Enjoy.
Nike 6.0 Lowers Pro’11
My first comp in 6 months after my injury. I was happy and grateful to be competing again after herniating a disc in my lumbar 4 months ago. The level at this years lowers event was awesome. Here’s some clips from a day of action.

Santa Cruz road trip
I took a trip up with my good friend Matt Lewis and family Jan’11. We scored some good waves and Matt ripped some heats. I rode my hydroflex Chemistry 6’0, soar bamboo fins and 6’1 CI (fort knox model), TK beveled bamboo fins.

I took a quick trip down to central america over summer’10 with good friend JD Lewis and met a couple other friends who down there shooting a film. I’m riding a PU blank, epoxy resin Avila 6’1 shortboard with bamboo soar fins(loxbox).
